      Botdoc APP Plans

      Here are the details of the Plans that we offer:

      * Owners can set features Globally

      STANDARD

      • Enable/disable Push/Pull on Dashboard- If your company does not PUSH requests out, you can have the PUSH side of your dashboard disabled.

      • Change user passwords/access user account

      • Enable/disable the user's "change email" tab in the user's profile

      • enable/disable user's use of team photo * on Completed request

      • Enable/disable team profile * (Virtual business card) on completed request

      • Enable/disable blocking your domain so no employee can create a free account

      • Enable password expiration * for all users - force users to change passwords

      • SMTP - * email sending options

      • Change Background color * on request pages

      • Disclaimer Box - * shows on email and email/SMS landing pages

      • Customize Personal URL message – Change the email/SMS (Pull) default request message to your recipient (Hello, this is the file request you just created at "Company Name" Botdoc page)

      • Disable 2 Step Auth * on Push requests (uncheck)

      • Inactivity Session Timeout *  set a default value for all users

      • Disable recipient to send a message only with no file upload (contact support@botdoc.io)  

      • Request Expire Notifications - * These notifications exist to notify both the user and the recipient that a Request (either a Pull or a Push) is about to expire and action is needed.

        • Recipients: For the recipient, when a request (or requests) is about to expire, the recipient will receive an email with a “call to action” message expressing that they have not uploaded or downloaded to or from a Pull or Push.

        • USERS: For the user, when a request (or requests) is about to expire, the user will receive an email with a list of the expiring requests with a message expressing that a recipient has not uploaded or downloaded to or from a Pull or Push.

         If your subscription includes P2/Conversations
      • P2/Conversations - * set as your dashboard default (Some users operate more inside the P2/Conversations while others use the main dashboard; this allows the team owner or users to change their landing page after logging in)

      • P2/Participant Connection Status Indicator - This feature allows P2/Conversations users to determine if a Conversation participant is Online.

      • Social Login - a form of single sign-on or authentication method that enables users to create an account or log into Botdoc using their existing social network accounts (Google and Microsoft) to confirm their identity.

      ENTERPRISE (additional $500/mo)

      • Botdoc Branding - * enable/disable "create a free account now" & “powered by Botdoc” (Personal URL, Request pages, and completion pages)

      • Custom email template

      • Auto-Forward - Pull Requests can be seen by Admins

      • Auto-Forward - Push requests can be seen by Admins

      • Request Message Box/Push&Pull - * pre-canned message

      • Change User’s Profile – change any user profile within your team

      • Enable/disable request method on Personal URL page – * Allow the user to accept Email-only or SMS-only requests from customers

      • Enable Pull URL auto-reply – * create a custom auto-reply email to a recipient through a user's personal URL page (welcome email, thank you email, or even 2nd step in PPP process email) - VIDEO available

      • Enable/disable “reply to” – “reply to” to be sent to the user who sent the pull/push request to the customer vs no-reply

      • Organization/Manage multiple Teams – Owners and Admins can now be Organization Owners/Admins, which will allow you to manage and view multiple teams as well as set “privacy settings” for Owners, Admins, or all users.

        • SSO/Single Sign - * This feature is tied to the Organization feature and permits a user to access one set of login credentials (like using the credentials to your company email), reducing all user application logins to one login for greater security and convenience.

        • SSO/Sign In via Teams - New users do not have to set up their accounts in the same way as standard users.

      • Queue Feature - Assign users access to all requests within a Queue or multiple Queues. Users can grab or assign requests to others in the Queue. (This removes the need for Teams to have multiple users logging into one account with the same password)

      • Custom Subject Line – * Replace Botdoc’s Push and Pull default email subject line to recipients by setting a custom Team default subject line.

      • Public URL Subject Line – When using the personal URL link in your email signature block, allow your recipients to enter their subject line when uploading documents.  This subject line will be included in all email notifications to team users.

      • Lock User TFA login - * Owners can globally set TFA login for all users.

      • Lock User 2 Factor Authentication on PUSH dashboard - * Owners can globally lock the “Push” 2-step auth for all users on their team. This will force all users to use the 2-factor authentication when sending a Push. 

      • ID Verify - Driver's License Scan/ID Verification - The ID Verify feature in P2/Conversations allows you to get data from and validation of the Driver's License of a participant (or multiple participants)

      • P2 Container Report/Transcript - Owners can now enable specific reporting features to email anyone on the team or a participant a transcript of the P2 container, which includes chat history, features, etc. (choose to censor certain data)

      ENTERPRISE + HYBRID (additional $1050/mo)

      • P2 Conversations - Remotely and digitally transact ALL phases of business within ONE encrypted container/session. (Push & Pull data/docs, Chat – real time with your customers, E-Sign (DocuSign) & (Adobe Sign)

      • API connectivity - Allow customer to use their own Botdoc API account to add new and additional capabilities across their enterprise

      • Short Codes - Allow users and remote users to initiate containers via a short code from their mobile phones

      • Workflow Automation (custom)

      • Remote Users - Remote Users were designed to allow for “outside” individuals to send a URL Automation (via shortcodes from their mobile phones) to collect documents without needing to have direct access to the Conversations Product.
