Auto Forward (Out of Office) - View any users PUSH Requests

This is a CUSTOM feature that is available today via our Enterprise Package. This is an Enterprise feature, please click HERE to contact us for further information..

This feature is a GLOBAL feature therefore once it's turned on, you will see each user's PUSHES at all times (you can not disable or enable it like you can on the Auto-Forward/Pull feature)

From your left navigation toolbar click on “My Team” (Owners and Admins can view) and you will notice under each user's name there are “push active” and “push terminated” calculations for the user's PUSHES within the 14-day expire timeline.

 

Hover over the user's active request(s) to view the expiration date of the requests.

 

Admin/Owners only can CLICK on the “Push Active” or “Push Terminated” to VIEW this user's details.

When Admin/Owner Wayne Bing clicks on the “Push active” or “Push terminated” from the Teams page, it will take Wayne to user Zetty Thomas's Push Request Details page where Wayne can click on the Push details that need to be viewed or downloaded and Wayne (Admin) can Terminate any active requests if needed.

 

Wayne clicks on the completed request to view or download the files. All user Zetty’s files are visible to Wayne and Wayne can download each file separately or download the package to zip all files.

Once Wayne downloads the files notice on the timeline that it shows Wayne was the one who downloaded the files from and within Zetty’s account.

 

 

When User Zetty clicks on VIEW, the user can now see the entire timeline of when and who downloaded his/her documents. The first download was from the customer, 2nd download was from Wayne/Admin and the last download was from Zetty.

 

Admin/Owners view in Audit reports “Transaction History” will show the Admins/Owners who downloaded what documents in what user's account. (The picture below shows User downloaded, Admin downloaded and Customer downloaded docs)
