      Sending Pull/Push Features

      Sending and Receiving documents in P2/Conversations.

      (You can send and receive files or images via non-automated and automated/remote-user Conversations containers)

      • Pull - You need to collect documents/images.

      • Push - You need to send documents/images.

      Quick Notes:

      1. When in an open container in the P2/Conversations product, sending features will be done from the [+] Button next to the chat bar at the bottom of your screen.

      2. Once you click the [+] Button you will see a pop-up with the options to send a Pull or a Push (DocuSign or Adobe Sign will also show here if enabled on your account)

      3. Select the desired feature; Pull  to collect, Push  to send.

      4. Complete the setup of the feature and send.
