Queue - "Assign another user" - Email Notification

When a request is assigned to another user that user will get an email notification stating that user was assigned a request:

  • Assigned Pull Email Notification: “You have been assigned a Document Request from your Team!”

When Subject Line feature is enabled this is what the email notification will look like

  • Requests sent to recipient
