Botdoc Connect - Employee Onboarding and Training (Automotive)

If your dealership is using Botdoc Connect, this can serve as a quick reference for how dealership employees can be onboarded and trained on using Botdoc Connect to bring customers' data into your CRM.

Here at Botdoc, we aim to make things as simple as possible while maintaining the highest levels of security for the sake of your compliance needs. 

If your dealership is using Botdoc Connect to bring customers' data into your CRM, the steps to get each employee onboarded and trained are quite simple. 

The only prerequisite is that the employees you intend to onboard have access to your dealership's CRM.

In your CRM, you will find a contact for the onboarding and training called "Botdoc Onboarding".

Inside the notes of that contact, you will find a URL. 

Once clicked, that URL will open to a QR code. 

The employee can scan that QR code and begin the process of onboarding onto Botdoc Connect. 

The onboarding and training process is a handful of steps that show both WHAT the product does and HOW it can be used. 

When an employee has made it to the certificate page, they have officially completed the process. 

Added Note: Employees who have been onboarded and trained can go through the same process later on, as needed, to get refreshed on the info.
