14 day expiration (PUSH)

Request Link Expiration Date

• The download link has an expiration date.

• The expiration date will be 14 days after the date you send.

• If the receiver opens the link, the expiration date will be 14 days after that.

Example:

You send a file on January 1st, the expiration date will be on January 15th;
The receiver opens on January 12th, the expiration date will increase to January 26th;

Note: You can use the Resend feature or Terminate feature on requests that are still within the 14 day expiration period.
